The Memcom Annual Conference is the premier event for the membership sector, where we come together to explore the innovations, strategies, and insights shaping the future of our industry.

One of the fastest-rising stars of the UK comedy circuit, Sara Barron is an award-nominated comedian and writer, widely recognised for her sharp, fearless humour and distinctive voice on the international stand-up circuit. A regular on BBC programmes including Live at the Apollo, she has built a reputation for incisive, no-holds-barred comedy delivered with disarming charm.

Alongside her work on stage and screen, Sara is an experienced host and interviewer in the corporate space, where her quick wit and perceptive style bring out candid, engaging conversations.

At this year's Memcom conference, she will take on the role of interviewer, leading a series of in-depth discussions with CEOs across the conference. Combining humour with insight, Sara will offer a fresh and dynamic perspective on leadership, communication and the challenges shaping today’s organisations.
