The CEO Learning Lab is a full-day executive development experience designed exclusively for CEOs within the membership and association sector, run jointly by Memcom and The Association of Business Mentors (ABM), and supported by the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (RCSSD).

The Association of Business Mentors (ABM) is the UK's professional body for business mentoring, dedicated to promoting professional standards and connecting leaders with experienced, highly credible mentors.

Through a strategic partnership with Memcom, ABM is supporting leadership capability across the membership sector and sponsoring the CEO Learning Lab. As part of this collaboration, experienced ABM facilitators will lead the day's interactive peer groups, helping participants interrogate challenges, test strategic assumptions, and turn high-level discussion into actionable outcomes.

What are Peer Groups?

Sometimes the most valuable perspective on executive leadership comes from another CEO. Our peer groups bring together small cohorts of senior leaders to tackle pressing operational and strategic challenges, share executive experience, and sharpen decision-making.

Guided by an experienced ABM facilitator, each group offers a confidential environment where you can speak candidly, test your thinking, and receive constructive challenge from peers facing similar C-suite pressures.
