Join us for the definitive networking event of the season, exclusively curated for senior leaders within the UK’s vibrant non-profit membership sector. The Memcom Winter Party is an evening dedicated to celebrating our community, fostering new connections, and reflecting on the year’s achievements in a relaxed, social atmosphere.

As part of the evening's programme, we are delighted to welcome Vincent Desmond, CEO of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), winner of the 2026 CEO Leadership Award, to deliver the CEO Keynote.

Our judges praised Vincent for the legacy he has created in transforming the CQI into a modern, research-led, globally influential institute, redefining quality as a driver of performance and value. His leadership combines strategic vision, disciplined execution and a deeply people-centred approach, with psychological safety, strong governance and high-performing teams at its heart.

By balancing innovation with operational excellence, Vincent has driven sustainable growth in membership, revenue and influence, and built a resilient organisation with a lasting, future-focused legacy.

Join us to hear from Vincent first hand.

This evening follows on from a dedicated afternoon of learning for senior leaders, featuring a series of practical workshops designed to provide actionable insights into the most pressing challenges facing our sector. By combining high-level professional development with this celebratory networking finale, the event offers a unique opportunity for leaders to challenge assumptions, share real-world experiences, strengthen their impact across the wider membership ecosystem, and end the year by celebrating with peers from across the sector -The CEO Learning Lab.
